UPDATE:

* I'm going to Switzerland! Flights are booked and my place is confirmed. I was originally planning to travel to New Zealand for the first stage of the course, but due to COVID, plans have changed! Instead, I'll be going to YWAM Lausanne, which was the first training location they ever set up. It looks like such an amazing base and I really feel it's where God wants me. So I'm very excited to be going there in January!

I don't find out where I'll be going for outreach until I get there - in the first part of the course, we'll pray and see where God wants us to go. But obviously I will keep you updated!

Hello! Next year in January, I will be flying off to do a 5 month Discipleship Training School with YWAM (Youth With a Mission). A huge part of this is the outreach project, which is during the last 2 (ish) months of the course. I'll be raising money for this part of the course over the next few months- I've put a little bit more about that below. I'll be spending the first 3 months training, really focusing on my relationship with God and learning more about him, the bible and mission. This part of the course I'm aiming to fund myself, so I'll be working hard in the months before! At the moment the plan is to do this section in New Zealand (but that could change depending on the Coronavirus situation).

After that is the outreach phase- In addition to New Zealand, the 4 target locations for the outreach project are the Philippines, Nepal, Fiji, and Cambodia, so I'm likely to end up in one of these places. Here, we'll spend time serving a community practically and sharing and demonstrating the love of Jesus. I'm so excited to be a part of this, it's something that God has really put on my heart to pursue, and to set this time apart to focus on God and how he wants to transform and equip me to show his amazing love wherever he sends me.

If this is something you'd like to support me in then that would be amazing! As I said, I will also be working in the coming months to fund the training section and more if I can, but I would be so grateful for any contributions to the outreach project. I would also really appreciate your prayers, that that God would lead me and guide me, and that his will would be done through all this.
