Post sugery Vicki became poorly… she suffered extensive internal bleeding and required SEVEN blood transfusions. The source of bleeding caused from her spleen thought to have been damaged by the initial surgery. She yesterday has undergone further surgery to remove her spleen.

3 days and 3 operations has taken its toll... we are now concerned for her neurological status as she doesnt seem to responding as we all would have hoped. She remains in Intensive Care with only limited family contact.

Her mum and sister are by her side in Turkey… we desepartely want her transferred back to the UK where she can be managed better and closeby to the people who love her the most.

We understand and appreciate private weightloss surgery is a choice. Its not my intention to try and discourage such procedures, but, we can only hope that people will realise not every dream becomes a reality without consequences on health.

We are desperately searching for a company to help us get Vicki home so she can be cared for by ICU in the UK. ANY contributions will help towards the costs not covered by the insurance.

We hope and pray that Vicki survives and we can get her home to continue the health battle she will continue to face.
