Weʼve raised £610 to help fund a tim band for Max

    Story

My son Max has a condition called plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome). Max has a very extreme, rare form and is in the 1% of the population with such a deformity. To help Max's head there is such a thing called a Tim band which redirects head growth and helps to create a 'normal' shaped head. Shockingly due to cutbacks and an apparent lack of evidence the NHS no longer fund this so parents have no choice but to pay for it themselves. Max is being treated at the technology in motion clinic and the cost of his treatment is very expensive, almost £2,000. I am going to be taking part in the stirlings toughest 4km run on the 27th November and I am looking to raise anything which will help towards the cost of Max's treatment.
