When you're experiencing problems with your mental health, supportive and reliable information can change your life. Mind is a charity which empowers people to understand their condition and the choices available to them.

On the 19th January 2019, myself and my sister Amy-Louise will be taking part in a sponsored skydive to raise money for Mind and support the work that they do.

After experiencing first hand how beneficial it can be to have access to information and support regarding mental health and listening to/reading other people’s stories, we have chosen to raise money for this charity to support them in continuing to help people suffering with their mental health.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated, and all go to such a fantastic cause 😊
