Craig, a coach with our B side, along with their Captain, Jack are undertaking a mammoth task this year which began back in January 2021 and will now end Dec 2021. They will both, each month run a half marathon. That is over 13 miles and more than 21km.
Jack looking to recover from an ACL injury and operation to once again grace the pitch in the Red, White and Black of Holton Road AFC. Craig's journey self driven, after his own scare to be a role model for players of his multiple teams and as a Father of 3.
As covid is looking to be having such an economic effect and knowing so many families will struggle the guy's want to use their journey to fitness to raise money which can benefit those less fortunate in the Club.
Added to this and to not just limit the generosity to our own, Craig and Jack, who are both Father's would like to use 50% of funds to donate to the incredible Tŷ Hafan.
Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales.
A great place to support and a great gesture by the guy's.
