    Story

    On 15th April 2023, Wythenshawe Amateurs take on Foley Meir in their final league game of the 2022/2023 NWCFL Division One South.

    A number of Ammies fans have decided to set themselves a challenge and walk approximately 35 miles to the game, raising money both for the club and for The Christie.

    They will begin their walk at the Selco Builders Warehouse Community Stadium and will travel through Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Congleton, Biddulph and down the east side of Stoke On Trent to Foley Meir FC.

    They will set off at 10am on Friday 14th April, arrive in Congleton and stop there that evening, the following morning they will make the journey to Foley Meir FC with the aim of arriving in time for kick off.
