In March 2016 my husband became severely ill and temporarily disabled due to meningitis. Through this time we wiped out our savings and with alot of family help we managed to just about keep our heads above water. As is to be expected our credit scores have become awful due to late and delayed payments in the 7 months we were unable to work due to me having to be his carer.

At the beginning of July my landlord put my house up for sale unexpectedly, this gave us a very limited time to find somewhere new.

My family and I have found a new house and through family help (again) we've been able to raise a years worth of rent, because our credit is ruined we can't have a credit agreement, or get loans.

Unfortunately we are now £1,000 short for the security deposit and can't access the deposit on the house we're currently in until we've moved out and they've done checks.

Our families can't help us anymore than they already have, we have been working all the overtime we could get but unfortunately it isn't enough.

So I am turning to strangers to ask if they could please donate anything to help me move my family before we lose our home.

Like everyone I hate having to ask for help but I don't know what else I can do.
