Story
The Homebase Cromer Crabs is a team of 8 members of staff who are raising money for blood disorders- A cause which is deeply important to the team through personal experience with friends and family.
They are competing in the 'Rat Race Dirty Weekend' in May 2017 in order to raise money to donate to the chosen charities- the money raised will be split equally between the individual charities chosen by the team.
Based at Burghley House in Lincolnshire, as well as the distance of the course, the team will be expected to complete up to 200 obstacles including:
- the world's longest monkey bars
-the stink trench
-swimming across open rivers
As well as the Rat Race, the Homebase Cromer Crabs plan to host several fundraising events throughout the year in order to raise awareness for this special cause.
