dear brothers and sister, i am a cancer patient and i have 7 children, my husband is of late and unfortunately i have nothing to sustain these kids, its heart broken , i am a school drop out and it might interest you to know all my seven kids are suffering from sickle cell anemia, its really not been easy for us, please do all in your power to help us, no matter how small ,it might just save a life...
