We are Hope 4 Homeless
Sheffield is the 11th highest area in Yorkshire for homeless people, and here at the Yellow Team as part of NCS we are determined to make a difference to at least some of the lives of the local homeless. This is why we are raising money to create care packs for people who have no home to go to.
We are creating Hope 4 Homeless.
