Hope & Encouragement for Lone Parents

Help is a registered Charity, led by lone and access parents and their children. We work throughout Essex.

We offer social interaction, fun activities and events, days out, holidays, advice and training courses, hope and encouragement.

We also offer a monthly club evening for children, parents/carers. Here we provide activities for the children such as cooking, crafts, games, crèche toys and more. The parents/carers can interact with their children and other lone parents/carers.

When I became a Lone Parent I joined the group myself, and my children thoroughly enjoyed the activities provided and as a result of this I decided to give a bit back and became a volunteer myself, I have been treasurer for this group for 2 years and my children and I continue to enjoy what the group offers.

We have all made life long friends and continue to get support through the group.

Your donations will help us to pay for activities for the children, days out, and general day to day expenses.
