Horning Sailing Club has for many years organised and hosted the Town Open Regatta, and the tradition of Vice Presidents makes it a very special day. Horning is unique in that we award silver spoons for racing on this day which are treasured for many years by competitors aged 8 to 90+. It is a result of your donation to this day that we are able to make these memories. To enable this lovely custom to continue, it would be good to see support for the event from a wide range of Club members, old and new.

As a mark of the Club’s appreciation for their generosity, all Vice Presidents are cordially invited to a noon reception at the Club. This is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends and to make lots of new ones. We are very fortunate in having such a diverse membership and there are many intriguing conversations just waiting to happen.
