I aim to give children ages 8-19 who have any orthopaedic condition a hospital essential kit if they are going into hospital. I am fundraising to buy items to go inside. I have an orthopaedic condition and recently had an operation on my leg which I stayed 6 days in hospital for. I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't sleep because the pain was awful, I was and felt sick, dizzy etc. It was not a nice time but the things I aim on putting inside the hospital essential kits are things that made my hospital stay easier. I plan on adding:
-Fleece blanket
-Hand sanitizer
-Lip balm
-Sweets
-Some sort of activity - wreck this journal for example

And other things if I can raise enough money. I don't expect to raise much here but if you can donate anything, even £1 that is very much appriciated. I also have my Christmas present fundraiser still going so feel free to go take a look at that too. Thank you.
