Weʼve raised £1,409 to raise money for the class mates of Saffie Roussos, who was tragically killed in the Manchester attacks on Monday.

Story
On Monday 22nd May we were all stunned at the horrific events at Manchester Arena. On Tuesday our Y5 children at Hilton Primary Academy (Newcastle-upon-Tyne) decided they were going to make the biggest difference they could; by changing negative emotions across the country into positive ones.
On Friday 26th May they will be giving out free cakes and cookies in Newcastle City Centre as a 'Random Act of Kindness' to put a smile back on people's faces and show that there is way more good in this world than evil.
The children were touched by the story of 8-year-old Saffie Roussos, who tragically lost her life in Monday evening's attack, a child who is 2 years younger even than themselves.
They have decided that if the public do make any cash donations during our 'random act of kindness', they would like this money to go to the classmates of Saffie so that they can have a special treat to put a smile back on their faces at this terrible time for them.
