As part of the continued push to raise money and awareness so that people struggling with their mental health can get the assistance they need and to help remove the stigma surrounding depression and anxiety, the HSBC UK Insurance Distribution team are raising money for Mind in Fareham.

We will be taking part in range of fundraising activities in order to achieve our target amount, including:

- Running from our office in Whiteley to Mind in Fareham, then back again.

- Cycling on an exercise bike from 10am until 5pm.

- A raffle and cake sale.

The funds that we raise will be used to redecorate the Wellbeing Centre, which will help to give the visitors a more comfortable environment to talk about mental health.

Any donation that you can make will contribute towards making a big impact on essential mental health services that Mind provide to the local community.
