Story
You can help us to take direct action to help those most in need.
Families in Ukraine are starving, sheltering in basements whilst the fighting goes on above them.
Their supplies are rapidly running out. Essentials such as food, nappies and medical equipment are needed urgently.
Although now based in the UK, Riverside Hub's owner, Valentina, is Ukrainian and has family and friends still there.
Clothing is not needed. People in Ukraine need food, and medical supplies.
Using trusted contacts in Ukraine and Poland, we're now delivering aid in 2 ways...
1. We buy supplies in Poland (saving precious days of not having to transport goods from the UK) then fill a 50-seater bus with aid and drive it to exactly where it is needed in Ukraine.
Some of the places we've delivered aid to include hospitals in Slavuta and Romodanova and a relocated orphanage in Vinnytsia.
The empty bus is then filled with refugees fleeing the conflict and driven to safety in Poland.
2. Working with volunteer groups in Ukraine we're buying food and delivering it directly to families in the most badly affected areas, such as Kharkiv, where many humanitarian aid efforts cannot reach.
Every penny of your donation will be spent on buying essential items and transporting them to people that need them now.
Riverside Hub started the campaign with a £20,000 donation to help out as many people as we possibly can. Each shipment is really making a difference.
Please 'get on board'. However large or small your donation, every penny will be spent on aid and is very much appreciated.
Thank you,
Ellis and Valentina Potter

1 month agoIt's now 100 days since Russia invaded Ukraine. Sadly, there is no end in sight and so many people are still in desperate need of things that we all take for granted, such as food and medicine. We will continue to get aid into hard to reach towns, where many aid agencies are unwilling or unable to deliver to, as it is just not safe. Please donate whatever you can, so we can continue to support people who desperately need our help. Thank you

2 months agoWe're almost there! Hub Help Ukraine has raised over £90,000 of our £100,000 target to help people struggling in Ukraine. Our latest aid effort is working with locals to deliver food parcels into towns and villages in dangerous areas that most humanitarian aid cannot get to. Your donation could get much needed food to people who so badly need it. Thank you 💛💙 🇺🇦
