Myself and some of my colleagues from SGS are taking part the Yorkshire Tough Mudder 2019, 8-10 mile, 25 obstacle course with lots and lots of mud, from ice tanks to electric shocks we are trying to raise as much as possible for this local charity The Hull Freedom Stroke Club. They are a club for stroke survivors and their carers. They meet monthly to socialise and give support to each other.

After my father-in-law had a stroke in 2013 the stroke club have offered tremendous support to him and the family, rarely receiving the coverage and donations as main stream charities do.

The Hull Freedom Stroke Club would welcome all support and donations, please help us smash our target!!
