Story

Hi! We are a VEX EDR Robotics Team, HYBRID. Our team consists of 6 team members, Dillan Shah, Alex Woodcock, Deshraam Ganeshamoorthy, James Tan, Daniel Radzik-Rahman and Devin Karia. We are a mixed team of Year 10 and Year 11 pupils at Queen Elizabeth's School for Boys in Barnet. This is our third year competing in the VEX Program (http://www.vexrobotics.com) and are in due course to participate in Regional, and possibly National and International stages of this competition. Our hard work last year, meant that we were selected to represent the United Kingdom at the VEX EDR World Championships, with two of our team members (Dillan Shah and Alex Woodcock) participating in the VEX IQ Challenge, winning the highest accolade in the VEX Competition - the Excellence Award. We were the first robotics programme in Europe to win that award. That year, VEX was classed as the largest robotics competition in the world, according to Guiness World Records. Thus we are eager to replicate this success this year. However, this success does not come without its costs. The VEX EDR components are quite dear and hence we would really appreciate it if you could help us on our journey through this competition by donating. We promise to make every penny of every donation count through our hard work and commitment to this project. For more information, please contact us via email (hybrid.20785a@gmail.com).

Thanking you in advance,

Team HYBRID
