I1 intake are raising money for The Haven Project in Colchester. They are a charity which help people with personality disorders which are often triggered by childhood abuse or trauma by running different programmes to help people suffering. They run recovery programmes, life skills and emotional resilience programmes, wellbeing programmes, craft and skills sessions, along with a crisis prevention service also.

They need donations to enable them to be able to keep taking referrals for people in desperate need of help.

I1 are going to fundraise by climbing the height of Ben Nevis which is 1305m and also doing a long distance run. If you can, please donate to this brilliant cause. Any and every donation is massively appreciated.
