Story
In May 2016 we lost Chris in tragic circumstances.
Family and friends of Chris have set up the foundation to promote mental health awareness in Scottish football and to fund mental health courses for players and coaches.
The family are showing tremedous courage by trying help others after suffering such heartache.
All money raised will be donated to the foundation.

7 years agoThank you all for your support so far. It is very much appreciated and very touching. The first club reps from several clubs in Scotland have now began the Mental health first aid training at Hampden funded by The Chris Mitchell Foundation. Your continued support will go a long way in sustaining the hard work and effort the family are putting into the foundation.

I played with Chris for many years at Queen of the South. We shared so many successful years on the pitch whilst becoming great friends off the pitch. I will forever regret not being able to help my friend and prevent this from happening.
