I’m doing the Great north run! The charity I’m running for is called If U care share, the reason I chose this charity is because I myself have Bipolar so I understand how hard it is for a child to not understand what they’re feeling and why they’re feeling it, education of mental health in schools should be mandatory, this is a step in the right direction. If U care share is a non-profit foundation that help family’s effected by suicide and help teach children from a young age that it is ok not to be ok and the signs to look out for, to me this is amazing and is something that needs to happen more, too many children are growing up not knowing their own feelings till it is too late. Mental health needs to be taken seriously, its time for change!
