Story
In winter 2015 a good friend of mine went to the Czech Republic to enjoy some father/son time in the snow with his 5 years old boy. They were involved in an accident which resulted in the little boy suffering a serious head injury. He has spent his first year after the accident in the Alarm Clock Clinic in Poland which is the first model hospital for children with severe brain damage. Although he had made some progress, he has remained in a coma since the accident.
I'm doing 20km trail run in Scotland’s Tweed Vallley on 20th October to raise money to continue his rehabilitation. I haven’t run much before and this being my first race ever it’s going to be quite a challenge.
I would be grateful for any support to help Alek in his long route to recovery.
