In partnership with the charity CalonHeart we are hoping to start fundraising to have outside defibrillators placed around the community. These defibrillators can be accessed at any time, night or day and will be on the outside of a building for you to take when and where it is needed. They will also offer training to those that are interested in learning CPR and how to use the machines.

It will cost £1295 for each defibrillator and we would like to try and raise money for at least two. They will last 5 years before it needs to be maintained. It is guaranteed for 10 years. It willneed to be connected to an electrical supply to maintain the climate inside the case which comes in at £6 a year.

There is no limit to the amount of defibrillators we can get with Calon Heart if we can raise the money!

We have been very lucky to have The Hoff make a fundraising video for us and it has propelled us quickly to being able afford our first machine which we will name ‘Hoff’ in his honour. I have now upped the target amount in the hope we can get a second defib to put in another location.
