Ilse's Tandem Skydive

as a member of the Multidisciplinary stroke team at Salford Royal Hospital and the Manchester Centre for Clinical Neurosciences (MCCN), I would like to start a fundraising campaign to help fund changes to the environment on our stroke Units at Salford Royal Hospital. We aim as a team to provide the best medical care we can, however at present the inpatient environments are not contributing to help the patients recovery after such an event.

We don't have Day/Family/carer rooms that are either existing or an environment that is welcoming and stimulating to help bridge the time to the next therapy sessions.

therefore I would like to encourage you to " go viral" and help fundraise for this cause and improve the experience our patients, families and carers have during their time with us at the MCCN.

I am booked to do the tandem skydive on Saturday the 29th of September 2018 over the Salisbury plains in Wiltshire.
