My Story

So you’re probably thinking “why does this person need my money?‘.

Well, please allow me to explain.

My name is Edward and I am a 16 year old Transgender male. I have gender and body dysphoria and have grown up in a community where being from the LGBT community is not an option. Transgender people are referred to as “Freaks” and i had never even heard of the word ’gay’ until reaching secondary school. coming out to my parents or family is never an option. Thanks to an amazing local LGBT youth support group, i was able to save up and get a gc2b binder so that I wouldnt hurt myself when binding. i want to pass as male more (both to others and to myself) and im not allowed to cut my hair above my shoulders, so it‘s definetly hard. I have made an amzing friend who will allow me to order trans supplies to her house. However, I am definetly not the richest and that’s why I need help from all of you guys. All of the money raised will be used to help fund my transition in many ways. Firstly, money will be used to buy an STP / Prosthetic that is of high quality. Secondly, any further money raised will be used for further medication and eventually surgery when I am 18 and away from my family.
