Story
In memory of Ben McDonald, who sadly suffered a Cardiac arrest yeaterday at the finish line of the cardiff half mararthon.
If you knew Ben, then you will know what an incredible & beautiful person he was. If you would like to do something in his honour, please donate to ‘Maternity Africa’, a charity in North Tanzania, promoting safe childbirth. The hospital is directed by long time friend of the McDonald family & midwife, Jude Holden, who delivered Ben into this world 25 years ago.
