I've raised £3660 to build a well for charity and raise money to contribute to the reconstruction and renovation of Bilal's local masjid in Birmingham

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
On Friday 27th September, we lost the kind and beautiful soul that is Bilal Khan.
Below is part of the letter his wife dedicated to him:
Yesterday, on Friday 27 September, my best friend and husband Bilal Khan passed away. I want to pay tribute to the great person he was by writing him a letter:
To My Darling Billy,
Bilal, I don't think any girl will ever have a husband as selfless as you. The amount of times you told me that all you wanted was for me to be happy, and that I could do whatever I want with my life (with no expectations to be a housewife - you knew me so well), shows how lucky I am to have had you as my partner.
You are the strongest, funniest, weirdest, most intelligent man I know. Honestly I am still amazed by your brain. Everyone I speak to sings your praises, even though you were so bad at keeping in touch with people! But you always made anyone in your presence feel at ease, and you had an impact on every person you met.
I knew you had a heart condition when I decided to marry you, and it meant I knew this day could come sooner than ever expected. The second I was told that you were no longer with me was the most agonising of my life. But I promise I will stay strong for you because I know you want me to.
I will miss everything about you my darling Billy. Your cuddles, sarcasm, bragging about being a 'top lad', overconfidence in all your views, your never-ending generosity, your voice of reason, and your willingness to actually do anything and everything to make me happy.
Rest in peace my sweet, you are always in my heart.
