I’ve created this page to honour my beautiful mum, Lisa, who heartbreakingly passed away just four weeks after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

Her diagnosis came as a shock — we barely had time to understand what was happening before we lost her. Those four weeks were unimaginably hard, but through it all, Mum was so incredibly strong. The grace and bravery she showed, even in the face of pain, was nothing short of admirable. That strength is something I’ll carry with me forever.

If you knew Lisa, you’ll know how deeply she loved, how freely she gave, and how much light she brought into every life she touched. Her kindness, humour, and warmth made the world feel a little gentler just by having her in it.

Right now, I’m doing this for my dad — he lost his soulmate. Alongside his heartbreak, he’s facing the weight of unexpected funeral costs. We weren’t prepared. That’s why I’ve started this page: to help lift some of that burden and give Mum the farewell she deserves.
