I have set up this page in memory of my son Nathan who died over the Christmas period. Nathan was Autistic and, struggled with mental health illness and, a long history of addiction.

In memory of Nathan we are asking for donations to two charities who supported him over the last few years. These are 'Reach Out Monmouthshire' and Drybridge Community Centre (Bridges Centre). Both charities support the Monmouthshire community offering friendship and support services.

'Reach Out Monmouthshire' is not a registered charity. It operates independently as Ty Price Hall as part of St. Thomas' Church (https://typricehall.co.uk/). I'm setting up this page so I can give any money raised directly to the group so they can continue to provide this valuable support to others. Nathan benefited from their kindness, friendship, sit down meals and other support over the last few years.
