India Armstrong Jones is hoping to swim across the Menai Strait on 20th July 2019.

This is a one mile swim across the tidal estuary between Anglesey and the mainland of North Wales.

India will be swimming in aid of The Mount Camphill Community, a community for handicapped adults with learning difficulties.
