On September 10th 2025, David Thompson and Phil Glover will take on the incredible challenge of cycling from London to Paris — 530km in just 4 days — to raise funds to launch The Inicio Foundation.

The Inicio Foundation will be a new charity focused on providing grants to youth focused organisations and direct support to children and young people facing hardship, disadvantage, or crisis. Whether it’s access to education, mental health support, emergency resources, or opportunities to thrive — the foundation will be there to help.

Every donation given will be matched pound for pound by the Inicio Group — doubling your impact.

This is more than a ride. It’s the start of something life-changing for children and young people in need.
