All of us were deeply shocked by the attacks in London Bridge on Saturday 3 June and it was with immense sadness that we learned that one of the victims was our HSBC colleague, Ignacio Echeverría.

Ignacio was a valued and well-respected colleague and friend. He will be fondly remembered for his friendly and gentle nature, his pride in his Spanish heritage, and his love of skateboarding.

Ignacio's family would like to continue to support the charity Ignacio felt strongly about, Misioneros Combonianos. It is a Spanish Christian association that supports building schools in Africa and they would very much like to help to build a school in his memory. All money donated here is directly paid to the Charity.
