I've raised £1000 to contribute towards a memorial bench. To pay tribute and celebrate the life of Sean. Offering a lasting memorial, a place to sit and reflect

UPDATE 15th Dec 21- today was the day that the memorial bench for Sean Flanagan was delivered to the golf club. Thank you to the staff there for carrying the bench to my chosen spot- 15th tee- what a view.
This will ALWAYS be a special place for me and the girls to go to- to sit and chat to Sean and feel connected to him
THANK YOU everyone for your contributions- there are no words.xxxxx
Thank You Everyone
In memory of the wonderful man that Sean Flanagan was. His wife and family would like to buy a memorial bench. A place for family and friends to sit and remember him. A reminder, always of Flan
Sean unexpectantly passed away on the 2nd Sept 21- day before his 51st birthday. It was a sudden, traumatic loss due to coronary heart disease and a blocked artery
Sean was the most amazing husband and doting dad to his two girls: Sophia and Lilia.
We are absolutely heartbroken.
He will be missed by many and I am taking comfort in all the wonderful messages that are being sent about him. It is warming to read and hear that others too thought he was one hell of a guy.
Sean was such a kind, caring, loving gentleman- the world will miss him!
He was thrilled to get his golf handicap to 1 and was looking forward to the next rounds of golf. Well, darling, what ever there is after life- I do hope there is a golf course there and you carry on playing. With all the practice; you never know you might actually improve your putting!
My life will never be the same Sean. You will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. x
