This page has been set up to commemorate and celebrate the life of Wes Chisholm, who was sadly taken from us on 15th October 2018.

In loving memory of Wes, the family would like to ask for donations to Trust Day Care Centre where Wes' sister, Debbie, is in care due to her Alzheimer's. This was a cause close to Wes' heart as his father, Ken, died from it in 1990 and Debbie was diagnosed 5 years ago at the age of 59.

Donations will go into a pot which will be used for activities for the 'guests', enriching their experience there and helping them get up and be active. The pot will be managed by Wes and Debbie's sister, Jane, and Debbie's daughter, Sophie, so you can be assured it will go to good use.

Donations of any size are so greatly appreciated, and we the family hope you will join us in celebrating Wes' life by helping to bring happiness to others.
