Story
Zoe Zaremba was an inspiring young lady who had an amazing kind nature. She had a wicked sense of humour and made an amazing impression on everyone she met. She was thoughtful, caring and considerate.
Zoe had Autism and overcame so many hurdles throughout her life. In 2016, she bravely enquired about starting cheerleading in the adult team. She overcame so many fears, self doubt and attended her first session. She was hooked! Zoe quickly realised she would have to compete on a regular basis in front of five to fifteen thousand people. Both her mum and coaches strongly belived in her and she finally did it. She stepped out into an arena with her squad and performed with her sole.
She was absolutely dedicated to the club. She quickly expressed an interest to coach but again felt it was a bit hurdle to gain the confidence to do so. She started volunteering as an assistant coach for the 2-5 year olds and she smashed it! They LOVED her and she was so calm and encouraging in her coaching style. Noone would have ever known Zoe overcame daily battles in her own life.
We're so proud to have got to know Zoe on a personal level and as an assistant coach. She has gone too soon, she had her whole life ahead of her. She was brave, strong and determined and she was always be remembered in this way.
We have set up this page to help support a Charity of her families choice that support people with Autism and donate half towards the goodbye Zoe deserves.
Thank you for any contribution you can make. Xxxx
