Why We're Raising Money 🧡

We’re launching innaCHANGE, a Community Interest Company (CIC) bringing early, preventative mental health support to children, young people, families, and adults—helping them build resilience, break cycles of stress and trauma, and find balance in body, mind and lifestyle.

Starting in Walsall and the West Midlands, with outreach to schools across the UK 🇬🇧, we focus on those facing barriers to support—from pregnancy to adulthood.

💡 What We Do

We currently deliver:

🧘‍♀️ Monthly walking meditation & movement sessions & group coaching for adults

🏫 School workshops for staff and parents on emotional regulation, transitions and working with trauma

With plans to expand over the next 6 months to delivering:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent support & early years emotional development sessions

👶🏽 Prenatal and baby workshops to nurture parent-child relationships and support parental wellbeing

We put prevention at the heart of our work—offering knowledge, tools and support to manage stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges before they reach crisis. 🌱

🚀 Our Fundraising Goal: £10,000

Phase 1: Launch & Foundation (£5,000)

📅 What We’ll Do:

Set up admin, safeguarding, and insurance for safe delivery 🛡️

Invest in further training, development and supervision to ensure safe, high-quality support 🎓

Continue monthly wellbeing workshops & meditation walks for adults 🧘‍♀️

Continue school outreach for staff and parent workshops 🏫

Deliver first parent and baby sessions 👶🏽

Phase 2: Expansion & Outreach (£5,000)

📅 What We’ll Do:

Continue monthly groups and grow local attendance

👶🏽🧘Expand baby & prenatal workshops and adult wellbeing sessions across more venues 🏠

Deliver more school-based sessions on transitions & trauma-informed practice 🏫

Reach new communities across the UK 🇬🇧
