At the start of this year, I had a health scare. This really made me reevaluate my mental and physical health. It got me asking myself a lot of questions, and one of them was how does trauma effect the mind and body, and is there anything that can be done? A random question you might think, but realising we all went through a form of trauma during covid I felt it was quite fitting.
You know me, I love a good research project 🤣🤣. I then got an opportunity out of the blue to work with one of the top self-worth coaches in America. I had messaged this lady, but never expected a reply. From the work I have done and am still doing with her and other coaches/energy workers has been a game changer.
This has then set me up to take my research to another level and over the next 12 months I have decided to give myself currently 6 challenges to push my mind and body to get it working at its best. I can then continue to pass on my findings to support children, teens, and adults who need it.
Challenge 1 was mindset, and Challenge 2 has just started. This is my first physical challenge to walk 60 miles across April, whilst fasting. Getting inspiration from a friend, I felt this was a good second challenge, which will push me in many different ways.
