Dear all,

Our beloved friend and colleague Sharif put up a massive fight. We are so sorry to tell you that he has lost his battle against a very rare and vicious disease.

It is some comfort that he passed away peacefully with his family around him but for all of us at Mint it is devastating news. Our hearts go out to all those close to this big man.

Part of our lives. A big part of our history. Somehow over 20 years he made a difficult job seem effortless and along the way received not just our love and respect but also yours .

The messages received once you knew the situation proved this - and we can tell you meant so much to him.

A unique character and personality who spoke to us all with a gleam in his eye.

We are going to miss him very much.

Rafee. Thats the name of Sharifs 12 year old son, although he has an amazing family around him we would like to help Rafee to start the journey he now must take without his Dad.
