Over the past couple of years we have had to make use of 3 amazing charities who have cared for people we have loved and lost, and who have helped keep my dad alive.
For our dear nan, we are thankful to Eleanor Hospice who made her last days dignified and comfortable.
For my gorgeous father-in-law, Duncan, who got his final wish to get his wings at home, we thank Marie Curie
For Zoe's mother-in-law Carol, we are eternally grateful for her dignity and her peace of the care they took of her family at Eleanor Hospice.
And finally, our Dad, Anthony - who after bowel cancer surgery last year and radiotherapy for lymphoma which is still being monitored - we are deeply grateful to Macmillan who have offered support on his difficult journey.

We decided that we wanted to raise money for each of these 3 charities so we are doing 3 triathlons (maybe 4 if I push my luck with Zoe lol) and training harder than ever.
