Hi everyone I'm Iolo Harris , me my brother sion Harris, dion bonc, and ffion Hughes are doing the 3 peaks and collecting money for hafod Menai in north Wales, its a charity run based watching after cancer patients through their treatment, my dear friend richy Humphreys has just had cancer treatment and was very poorly. Iv seen with my own eyes what this horrible disease can do, hafod menai in bangor helped him and they were amazing, he couldn't cope without the help he had off them, please can you donate anything towards this amazing cause, we will also be doing a charity football match in cae siloh in y felinheli on 1 of the May Bank Holidays, I am deeply touched by this horrible disease, please please donate, many thanks
