Last year I raised £2000 for the Princes Gate Trust and Noah's Ark Children's Hospital. Since then I have recently spent time in hospital being treated for Bradycardia and Dilated Cardiomyopathy. I now have a pacemaker and am on medication for the rest of my life to help my condition. Nothing gave me greater pleasure than handing over the cheques to the charities last year and with your help I would like to do the same again this year. I have entered Ironman Wales 2018 and am not doing it for any other reason apart from raising money for a good cause. Please help me to help others. Many thanks.
