I shall be doing 3 different things. The first one will be waxing my legs, which will be rather painful given how hairy they are...

Second will be to shave my head. I love my hair so this one will hurt emotionally... (this isn't including my luscious beard. This will stay) apparently I had to specify for my mate Mike 🙄

Third, and I'd say maybe the most significant is that I'm going to attempt to run an Ironman Triathlon. This is a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile cycle, and then a marathon. This is regarded as one of if not the hardest sporting events someone can do. And ill give it my best shot. The event will probably take me around 14 hours to complete and will be in Finland.

Your money will be going with me to Zambia this August to help local communities through sport. The donations will either help provide equipment or feed children in an orphanage.

Please help this extremely good cause whilst I do I triad of silly things...
