Story
I am proud to be running for the Borough of Southwark, but every mile I clock is for the survivors. United Hearts was founded in memory of a victim of domestic abuse; today, we run to ensure that story never repeats.
Why am I running?
In our community, violence is often rooted in untreated trauma, social exclusion, and isolation. For United Hearts, sport is a tool for survival and a powerful form of prevention. Every mile represents:
A step away from domestic abuse and destructive cycles.
A step toward mental health, discipline, and emotional healing.
A step toward dignity and empowerment for those rebuilding their lives.
Your Impact: By donating, you aren’t just sponsoring a race—you are funding trauma-informed mentorship, safe spaces, and community education.
£10 provides immediate crisis support.
£25 funds a youth mentorship session.
£50 helps create a safe support space for survivors.
Help me reach my £1,000 goal. Let’s run toward a future where every family is safe and every young person has a path to hope.
