I've raised £3000 to Raise awareness about Men’s Mental Health.

Hi Everyone. I am here to tell the story of my Hugo. He was my father who lost his battle to mental health on October 4th 2019. I am partaking in a charity tandem sky dive in memory of Hugo Rosen, all of the money raised will be going to Mind Chairty. This charity is close to my heart as it focuses on helping those who battle with mental health issues and raise awareness about it.
I am here to not only celebrate Hugo’s life but also to shed some light onto the issue of men’s mental health. I believe that there has been a generational issue in regards to men’s mental health. That many men feel that they are unable to reach out for help, that they shouldn‘t cry or show any emotions. Lot’s of men lose their battle to mental health, more so than women, every year in the UK. I believe that there should be a greater level of support available to not only women but men as well across the country. The social construct around men’s mental health and the negative idea towards emotions as a male is outdated and quite frankly wrong.
I would like to raise money for men’s mental health to not only show support for Hugo and to celebrate his life. But also to show support for men’s mental health. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
