The Thailand Water Project will take place in late June in Northern Thailand in the Inthanon mountains. The aim of the project is to provide clean running water to the Karen villagers. We will be required to find a clean water source high in the hills and then make a dam and dig and lay pipes down to the village. Then we will construct two large water tanks in the village to hold the water. If we have time we will also lay pipes from the tanks to each hut.

We will be living with the villagers in their wooden huts and spending any spare time playing with the children and also teaching them English and games in the local school. The project lasts approximately three weeks and the aim is to leave the village with healthy clean water so that the village can prosper in the future.
