We’d like to introduce you to Bruce and Ken who found their way to us 5 days ago in a terrible state.

Ken was carrying a vast amount of weight with hair and mud both around his feet and tail, his hoofs have grown under require a huge amount of costly work from our farrier. Bruce was severely malnourished not evening knowing what horse food was, both confused, unloved and scared.

Bruce and Ken have now been seen by the vet and although they are far from ok they are in Wendy and the team’s caring hands.

To take on these horses it is going to cost the rescue centre in excess of £1000 and as we are not for profit this is almost an impossible task.

The rescue centre relies purely on the support of generous kind people to keep it going and giving these beautiful animals a glimpse of hope and survival.
