Our goal is to raise £2481 pounds for the dry food and £789 for the chicken leftovers, so a monthly total of £3270 per month. It is alot but I know we can do it if we all put in a little.

For 5 years Rawaa has been rescuing and giving medical treatment to the abused and tortured dogs of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon as well as providing medical care and feeding the strays. She now has over 250 dogs at her shelter and the strain on her is enormous not least to try and feed them each week. She has healed all of them with her love and commitment. They don't live in luxury but they are loved, safe from further abuse and are happy.

Many of you will be familiar from social media of the upsetting cases she has to deal with. It is ongoing as is the need for money.

I am making this special appeal for monthly donations, however small, in the hope that we can at least cover the monthly food bill.

Rawaa really needs our support. It would give her some comfort if she could know that the dogs will at least be guaranteed their daily meal.
