I've raised £800 to cycle in the Brighton2Brussels Charity Cycle Ride 2018 Thurs 3rd - Sun 6th May In aid of 5 of the Mayor's Charities

Hiya,
Thanks for visiting my page and supporting me on the Brighton2Brussels Charity Cycle Ride 2018 in aid of the Mayor's fantastic Charities:
- Albion in the Community - The Clock Tower Sanctuary - Martlets - Rise - The Sussex Heart Charity
+ Guinness World Record attempt ‘The Mile in the Sky’ We are hoping to set a new world record for cycling a mile in the sky, inside an observation tower- the British Airways i360 pod as it ascends and then descends again- this will also be our starting line to Brussels.
A bit about me; I have owned a bike for most of my life, but I haven't cycled really since I was about 12 (when my sister and I collided and smashed up our bikes in Regents Park - true story)!...I am ever the optimist though, so everything will be fine, and I am determined to not be at the back of the group for at least 10% of the time! The cycle ride will be over 150 miles long and right after a friends very boozy weekend-long hen party in Ireland (thanks Tara), instantly doubling the challenge! It's the first (and probably last) 'charity-challenge' I have/ will ever set myself, so please sponsor me a few quid to make it all worth while!
I am also open to doing this in fancy dress if anyone has any 'fun' suggestions that won't kill me, feel free to add them to your sponsorship comment! ;) Best / most popular suggestion will get implemented (obviously I'll regret this)! As you can see from the group photo from last year (above), everyone looks very smart and professional, so I will no doubt look even more ridiculous next to them.
