Assalmaualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, On February 6, around 4:15 a.m. local time, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck south-central Turkey (Türkiye) near the Turkey/Syria border. The official recorded desth toll is approximately 50,000+ lives between Syria & Turkey إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ,
Appriximately 23,000 of those being in Hatay.
Imagine having to live without proper hygiene and clean water for weeks or even months. That has unfortunately become a sad reality for the people who have been affected by the recent earthquake in Hatay, Turkey.
These people are already dealing with the aftermath of one of the worst natural disasters in recent history, and now they have to bear the burden of living without basic necessities like clean water, soap, and sanitary supplies. For children, elderly, and sick people, the consequences of these shortages could be fatal.
This situation is heart-wrenching, and it demands our immediate attention and action. We're committed to helping our brothers and sisters in Hatay, Turkey, by raising funds to provide them with hygiene packs. These packs will contain items like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other essentials that will help prevent the spread of diseases and maintain proper hygiene.
We have already visited Turkey, Hatay a number of times since the earthquake and have helped Syrians, Uyghurs, many other minorities & Turkish who are currently in need number raising in excess of £150,000. However, we cannot do this alone, and we need your help to make a real difference in the lives of these people.

Turkey, Syria aid distribution
Prices based on previous distrubution: £30 per hygiene pack, £5 for a set of high quality slippers (like crocs), english toilets fitted & installed £2000 per toilet & 1 x full truck load of water bottles for drinking & washing £2500. All aid is distributed to those who are eligible for zakaat, these families live in tents with elderly, babies & toddlers.
