I've raised £1500 to buy new Chromebooks for Port of Menteith Primary School

I am going to be running the Stirling half marathon on the 28th April 2019, to raise money for Port of Menteith Primary School to buy some much needed IT equipment, in the form of Chromebooks. Behind me and the kids in the photo, here are two of just five computers the whole school has available, and some of the time, one or two of the computers will be out of action, very much limiting the opportunity the children have to use computers, learn how to use a keyboard and mouse, and gain basic IT literacy skills.
If you are like me, you don't let your child near your laptop for fear of peanut butter and jam sticking the keys together, or worse, so schools are often the only place the child has access to messing about on a desktop.
Port of Menteith Primary is a wonderful school - the oldest in Stirlingshire, dating back to 1697, and overlooking the fabled Lake of Menteith. It is a rural school with a low roll number (sub 30 currently, and dropping as of August when P7 leave for high school).
I'd like every child in the school to have access to a shared Chromebook - that's my ideal, but more realistically, I'd like to be able to fund 5, doubling the tally of computers in the school.
Thanks for reading, thanks for thinking about donating, and if you do donate, THANK YOU FROM ALL THE CHILDREN AT PORT OF MENTEITH PRIMARY SCHOOL!
